My Website tempmail.agency Looks fine but didnot Rank Why?

hope you all are doing well, i don't want to raise this appeal, But it was one of the priorities in my list, i have a website which is at https://tempmail.agency/en i did some onpage and offpage SEO analysis and everything looks fine also the domain age, i want to know what else should i concider to rank this on top of the list.
